Shipping and Cancellation

When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Based on your location, our logistics partners will take between 7 to 10 business days to deliver your purchase.

Do you charge for shipping?

In our initial launch phase, deliveries are possible within India only. As a special inaugural offer, shipping within India is currently free.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Post that, orders can only be cancelled subject to not being dispatched yet.

Returns and Refunds

What if I receive a different product?

In the unlikely event that you receive a product different from that which was ordered, please email us at happiness@houseofeka.com, within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with images of the product. Please note, the handcrafted nature of our products may result in slight variations in colour, texture and finish. This is an inherent quality of all handcrafted products and must not be construed as a defect. Once your complaint is reviewed by our quality assurance team, a replacement product will be dispatched within 2 business days. Should a replacement product not be available, your entire order amount will be refunded. Any complaints made beyond 48 hours of receiving the product, will be entertained at the sole discretion of House of Eka.

Can I exchange a product?

Products once received, cannot be exchanged.

Can I return a product?

Products once purchased cannot be returned. Returns will only be processed in exceptional situations such as: 1. Delivery of a damaged product. 2. Delivery of an incorrect product. However, please feel free to write to happiness@houseofeka.com, if you have any concerns. Our team will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

What if I receive a damaged product?

While we ensure that our products are packed to withstand any potential damage due to shipping, there might be rare instances in which that might happen. In such instances, please email us at happiness@houseofeka.com, within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with images of the damaged product. Once your complaint is reviewed by our quality assurance team, a replacement product will be dispatched within 2 business days. Should a replacement product be unavailable, your entire order amount will be refunded. Any complaints made beyond 48 hours of receiving the product, will be processed at the sole discretion of House of Eka.

What is your refund policy?

Any complaints made beyond 48 hours of receiving the product, will be processed at the sole discretion of House of Eka. Please note, the handcrafted nature of our products may results in slight variations in colour, texture and finish. This is an inherent quality of all handcrafted products and must not be construed as a defect. Refunds will be issued to the source from which the payment was made.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Any refund initiated by us will take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, payments can be made by netbanking, credit cards and debit cards. All payments are processed through our trusted payment gateway partners Paytm, Citrus and Paypal.

Do you have CoD option for payment?

Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery as a payment method.

What if I get charged but my order isn't placed?

In the unlikely event that your account is debited but your order isn’t placed, your money will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
